This role requires hands-on retaining wall construction experience. If you haven't worked directly on retaining wall systems, this position is not for you. We appreciate the interest but will only be contacting candidates with relevant experience.

About the role

We are a specialist retaining wall subcontractor working across civil and commercial construction projects throughout NSW. Our team is highly experienced and we take pride in the quality of our work. We are growing and looking for a reliable, experienced labourer to join our crew.

Wall systems — experience required in one or more of the following

- Keystone block walls
- Magnumstone block walls
- Post and Panel systems

Your responsibilities will include

- Hands-on labouring across all stages of retaining wall construction
- Placement and construction of block and panel wall systems
- Footing preparation, compaction and drainage installation
- Geogrid and backfill placement on reinforced earth systems
- Assisting excavator operators with footing excavation and auger work
- Working to line, level and engineer specifications




- Maintaining a safe and organised site at all times

To be considered you will need

- Demonstrated hands-on experience with retaining wall construction — this is essential
- Physically fit with the ability to perform sustained manual work on construction sites
- Current White Card (Construction Induction Certificate)
- Reliable, punctual and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit, experienced crew
- Current drivers licence — own transport preferred
- Additional tickets such as EWP, traffic control or forklift are advantageous
