About the role:

As ourHome Services Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centred services across home environments ensuring every interaction reflects care, safety, and excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role whereyou’llguide your team, oversee daily operations, and drive service performance, creating a positive experience for residents, families, and stakeholders alike.

In this role, you will:

- Lead the day-to-day delivery offood services, cleaning, and laundry services
- Coach, support, and develop your team, building a strong, accountable, and engaged culture
- Ensure services are deliveredsafely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard
- Overseeworkflow, rostering, and operational performance
- Maintain compliance withfood safety, infection control, and quality standards
- Build positive relationships withresidents, families, and internal stakeholders
- Identifyopportunities to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a culture ofcontinuous improvement, quality, and care

Role requirements:

As an experiencedservice operations leader,ideally within aged care, healthcare, or a similar environment,you’llbe self-motivated, proactive, and bring strong leadership capability.You’llempower your team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred services, while reinforcing the importance of food safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.You’lldemonstrate:

- Strong knowledge offood safety, infection control, and service standards, supported by experience in a regulated environment
- Experience leading teams acrosskitchen operations,cleaningand/or laundry services
- Provenleadership capability,



including coaching, rostering, and building a positive team culture
- A proactive approach toproblem-solving, organisation, and continuous improvement
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with residents, families, and stakeholders
- Certificate IV inLeadership & Management(or Diploma)
- Arelevant trade or operational qualification(e.g. Certificate IV in Hospitality, Commercial Cookery or similar), or equivalent supervisory experience
- Food Safety Supervisor Certification
- Ability to satisfy allrequired probity checksin line with legislation and BlueCare policies
