We're Interwise IT - an Australian-owned managed IT services provider based right here in Beenleigh, supporting small and medium businesses across South-East Queensland and around Australia since 2008. We're known for fast, friendly, no-nonsense support, especially across healthcare and professional services.

We're not looking to fill a seat. We're looking for someone at the start of their IT journey who wants to learn, prove themselves, and grow with us - and we'll invest in you to make it happen.

Here's how it works.

You'll start as our Service Coordinator - the organised engine room of our service desk. To start, this role is about organisation, not troubleshooting - answering incoming requests, logging them accurately, getting the right ticket to the right technician, keeping our records spotless, and keeping clients updated. Any technical interest or study is a real plus and will help you progress faster. Master this - show us you're reliable, accurate and hungry - and we'll train you up and move you into technical work. We have a real Level 1 training pathway, and we promote the people who earn it.

What's in it for you

Pay: $55,000-$60,000 + super full-time (pro-rata for part-time). A real number - no "market-competitive salary" games.

Studying IT, recently finished (TAFE or uni), or keen to start a career in it - any hands-on tech experience is welcome. A valid Australian driver's licence is required.
