About the Role

- Carry a complex caseload across chronic disease, NDIS, DVA, aged care, and post-surgical rehab
- Collaborate with physios, osteopaths, and other disciplines on shared patients
- Access structured mentoring and a pathway toward senior or clinical leadership roles
- Contribute to cross-disciplinary PD and case discussions

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years’ experience as a registered Exercise Physiologist
- Comfortable managing complex, multi-condition clients independently
- Robust communicator who works well in a multidisciplinary setting
- Looking for more than a capacity-based role
