About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Labourer to join the TRN Group team. As a Skilled Civil Labourer, you will be responsible for providing valuable support to our construction projects, utilising your hands‑on expertise to ensure the successful delivery of our developments. This is a full‑time role that offers long‑term career opportunities within our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

- Undertaking a variety of manual labour tasks on civil construction sites, including general labouring, site preparation, operating small equipment, and assisting plant operators.
- Daily pre-starts, safety checks and maintenance of machinery
- Maintaining a clean, safe,



and organised work environment by following all site safety procedures and regulations
- Demonstrating excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Working as part of a site crew to meet project deadlines
- Participating in ongoing training and development to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

- Current NSW driver's license
- White Card
- A minimum of 4 years labouring in experience in civil construction
- Previous experience operating all types of Rollers
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work both in a team and independently
