ALAND is seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Advisor to join our People and Culture team, supporting the delivery of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across our property development, construction and real estate businesses.

This newly created position will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging and securing high-quality talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will partner with stakeholders to provide expert recruitment advice, build strong talent pipelines and continuously improve recruitment processes that support the Group's growth and workforce objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for approved vacancies, managing every stage of the hiring journey from role briefing and sourcing through to advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checks and offer management.

Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand business needs, define role requirements, develop effective selection strategies and deliver a seamless recruitment experience.

Coordinate recruitment approvals, position descriptions, job advertisements and agency partnerships, ensuring alignment with People & Culture processes and governance.

Proactively identify and engage exceptional talent by building strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, recruitment agencies and professional networks.





Contribute to workforce planning by monitoring current vacancies, forecasting future hiring requirements and developing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

Champion ALAND's employer brand by creating a positive candidate experience, supporting recruitment marketing initiatives and ensuring a smooth transition into onboarding.

Drive continuous improvement by maintaining best-practice recruitment processes, tools, interview resources and reporting that enhance efficiency and consistency.

Ensure all recruitment activities are delivered in accordance with employment legislation, privacy obligations, internal policies and governance requirements while promoting fairness, integrity and compliance throughout the hiring process.

About You

Proven experience in talent acquisition, internal recruitment or recruitment coordination, ideally within the property, construction or a fast-paced commercial enterprise.

Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns, balance competing priorities and deliver results in a agile environment.

Confidence using recruitment platforms, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and the Microsoft Office suite to attract talent and manage recruitment efficiently.
