We're looking for caring, reliable and motivated Domestic Support Workers to join our growing casual team, supporting older Australians and people living with disability in their own homes throughout the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie.

About the Role

As a Domestic Support Worker, you'll help people maintain a clean, protected and welcoming home while building genuine relationships with the people you support.

Your duties may include:

- General household cleaning

- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting

- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms

- Laundry and changing linen

- General household organisation

- Reporting any concerns to the care team

- Providing friendly, respectful interaction during each visit

About You

We're looking for people who:

- Take pride in delivering high-quality work

- Enjoy working independently

- Communicate well with clients and colleagues

- Treat every home with respect and professionalism

Previous home care, aged care or disability experience is highly regarded but not essential. We value attitude just as much as experience.

Essential Requirements

- Current Australian Driver Licence

- Reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

- National Police Check

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

- Smart phone

- Full Australian working rights
