The Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Building Manager to oversee the operations of a brand-new residential development in Macquarie Park, comprising approximately 300 lots.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will play a key role in establishing the building's operational standards, working through the defect liability periodand delivering exceptional service to residents, owners and the Strata Committee.

This is an exciting prospect for an experienced Building Manager looking to take ownership of a newly completed asset and help shape its long-term success. As the development grows, there may also be the opportunity to mentor and support a Junior Building Manager

Responsibilities include:





- Manage the delivery of the building management service agreement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, owners and committee members
- Manage contractors and service providers to ensure service standards are achieved
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance programsli>
- Conduct regular building inspections and identify maintenance requirements
- Monitor building assets and common property areas
- Assist with planning and delivery of capital works projects
- Ensure compliance with WHS policies, procedures and legislative requirements
- Prepare reports and communicate effective with the Strata Committee and key stakeholders
- Support and mentor junior team members where required

Skills Required:

- A background in Property Management, Facilities Management or trade services.
- Minimum 2 years of Residential Building Management Experience
- Customer Service focus
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal
- An understanding of WHS systems and processes
