ONSITE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Onsite Recruitment Consultant to oversee and manage full workforce operations at our client's state-of-the-art Automated Distribution Centre in Redbank, QLD. This role plays a key part in ensuring the right talent is recruited, retained, and performing to the highest standards to support a high-volume, fast-paced supply chain environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of onsite workforce operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, performance management, and meeting KPIs in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure workforce alignment with operational needs.
- Manage daily attendance, timekeeping, and shift coverage, ensuring compliance and minimal disruption.
- Monitor and report on individual and team performance against KPIs.
- Implement and maintain performance improvement plans where required.
- Foster a positive and productive onsite culture through engagement and consistent communication.




- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to align workforce solutions with site requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports on attendance, attrition, and performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across staffing and workforce processes.

What You Bring:

- Experience in onsite workforce or account management within warehousing, logistics, or supply chain environments
- Strong recruitment and performance management background
- Proficiency in managing attendance, scheduling, and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Solid understanding of WHS, HR compliance, and rostering tools/systems
