CMC Landscapes is looking for an experienced Maintenance Gardener to maintain large-scale commercial gardens at aged care and retirement villages. You’ll work daily with a Team Leader, keeping gardens safe, tidy, and beautiful for residents and building managers.
What you’ll do:
- Mowing, edging, pruning, and general garden maintenance
- Using petrol & electric tools efficiently
- Following a structured rotation schedule
- Keeping equipment in top shape and adhering to safety standards
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in gardening or similar
- Commercial/large-site experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and proactive
- Valid driver’s license & transport
