We are seeking a visionary leader to be the operational backbone of our design studio. In this pivotal role, you will protect our creative team’s capacity, streamline essential workflows, and serve as the vital bridge that transforms groundbreaking creative ideas into flawless, on-time execution. What You’ll Do

- Act as the central point for all incoming creative requests, expertly gatekeeping, scoping, and strategically assigning tasks to ensure the right talent is on the right project.
- Proactively manage team bandwidth and project pipelines, skillfully shifting resources to prevent bottlenecks and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement sessions, fostering alignment and continuous progress within the studio.
- Serve as the primary liaison between creative teams and cross-functional partners, adeptly negotiating design requirements and managing expectations.
- Continuously refine and optimize studio workflows,



leveraging project management tools to maximize efficiency and enhance overall productivity.

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

- 3–5 years of experience in traffic management, project coordination, or studio operations within an agency or in-house creative environment.
- A deep and practical understanding of creative workflows across digital, brand, and product design disciplines.
- Strong resource management skills, with a proven ability to forecast work demands and expertly manage tight deadlines.
- An agile and proactive mindset, demonstrating the ability to pivot effortlessly when project scopes evolve.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to confidently manage stakeholder expectations at all organizational levels.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Hands-on design experience or familiarity with user experience and user interface principles.
- Mastery of modern project management software platforms.
