Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organisation's digital strategy, technology roadmap and business systems portfolio.
- Drive digital transformation, process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee enterprise applications, systems integration and technology-enabled solutions.
- Lead strategic technology projects from planning through to successful delivery and adoption.
- Partner with senior leaders, stakeholders and vendors to deliver innovative digital outcomes.
- Establish strong governance, risk management and PMO disciplines across technology initiatives.
- Lead,
mentor and develop a high-performing Technology & Digital Solutions team.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading digital transformation, technology strategy and enterprise business systems.
- Solid background in digital platforms, systems integration and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience delivering complex technology projects, programs and PMO governance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive organisational change.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor and executive relationship management skills.
- Sound knowledge of digital governance, cyber security, risk and compliance.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Digital, Business, Information Systems or Project Management.
- PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or similar project management certifications highly regarded.
