OneSure Insurance Services is a privately owned insurance brokerage with over a decade of operation and a strong, established presence across Brisbane and beyond. We are a close-knit, professionally driven team that takes pride in doing things properly — building long-term client relationships, delivering quality advice, and operating with the kind of accountability that is expected by experienced brokers. As we continue to grow, we are looking to appoint an Account Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio (including claims) and drive continued growth.

This role is designed for a broker who is confident advising commercial clients (and some domestic), managing complexity, and generating additional business through relationships – internally and externally.

The Opportunity

You will step into responsibility for an active commercial book (some domestic), with a diverse range of clients including heavy motor, civil, trade and other industries. It is expected that there will be explicit accountability for retention, account development, and selective new business generation.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Ownership and strategic management of a commercial insurance portfolio (some domestic).

End-to-end handling of renewals, mid-term changes and client servicing.

Acting as the primary adviser for all clients in your portfolio and assist when other broker when necessary.

Managing claims involvement through to resolution.

Expanding accounts through upsell, cross-sell and referrals.

Sourcing and converting new business.

Building and maintaining strong underwriter relationships.

Ensuring ongoing regulatory and licence compliance.

What We’re Looking For

Tier 1 / Diploma of Insurance Broking (RG146 compliant) — essential.

Proven ability to manage and grow a client through a dedicated renewal, debtor and informed consent process.

Comfortable generating new business through your own networks, and internal referrals.

Strong system knowledge (Ausure systems - Insight Broking Management System).

Organised, team player, strong communication skills, high integrity and detail focused.
