There are two types of Sales Managers in this industry.
The first waits for the market, the brand, the product or the manufacturer to solve their problems.

Your Challenge

Someone who can:

Coach salespeople to become professionals

Drive enquiry conversion and customer engagement

Hold people accountable while bringing them with you

Celebrate wins but never become comfortable

Create a culture where effort and attitude matter

You won't inherit perfection. You'll inherit potential, and what happens next will largely depend on you.
In this role, you'll be:

Leading from the front

Coaching daily, not occasionally

Developing capability across the sales team





Driving enquiry conversion and sales performance

Building a positive, accountable culture

Working closely with Finance & Insurance to maximise outcomes

Driving volume while protecting profitability

Bringing energy to the business every single day

About You
You're probably already leading a sales team. Or maybe you're the high-performing Assistant Sales Manager who's tired of watching average leadership waste good opportunities.
