Job Description:

The Position holder plays a pivotal role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) to customers, reporting directly to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers. You will play a critical part in maintaining operational excellence and driving continual improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Capture and analyze field data related to product/material consumption and equipment usage.
- Deliver and archive job reports and deliverables, ensuring compliance with contract and archival procedures.
- Deploy, prepare, verify, and reconcile personnel, equipment, products, and materials for service delivery.
- Implement risk response actions, communicate risk controls, and ensure timely completion.




- Obtain customer acceptance of deliveries, gather supporting documentation, and submit for invoicing.
- Perform services as specified, including pre-job testing, monitoring progress, and completion.
- Prepare and distribute field and final job deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Participate in service quality reviews, job risk analysis, HSE and quality initiatives.
- Provide backup support to Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers.
- Promote company products and services and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience in field operations, service delivery, and customer interaction.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance, resource deployment, and risk management.
- Knowledge of compliance tools and wellsite operations.
- Proven ability to lead meetings, implement quality initiatives, and drive performance improvement.
- Commitment to HSE policies-must maintain required safety training and wear PPE.
