Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist

A senior role where your clinical expertise is valued and your impact continues to grow

At Eli’s Place, we’ve built a clinic where experienced clinicians can deepen their expertise, contribute meaningfully to a team, and play a role in shaping the future of paediatric care.

We are a growing paediatric private practice supporting children aged 2–18 years with a range of developmental, behavioural, and neurological needs. Our approach is neurodiversity-affirming, family-focused, and grounded in meaningful outcomes.

This role is designed for an experienced Occupational Therapist who is ready to take the next step in their career by expanding their clinical influence, contributing to team development, and continuing to evolve as a clinician.

Why Eli’s Place is Different

We’ve created an environment where experienced clinicians can focus on high-quality work, while continuing to grow professionally.

- A genuine 4-day work week that supports focus and consistency

- A cooperative team environment that values shared learning and reflection

- Leadership that understands paediatric practice and supports clinical autonomy

- A clinic model that prioritises meaningful outcomes for children and families

- Opportunities to shape clinical direction and contribute to service development

The Opportunity

This is a role for a clinician who wants to do more than deliver sessions.

At Eli’s Place, you will have the opportunity to:

- Contribute your clinical expertise to support team development and learning

- Develop and lead areas of clinical interest (e.g. feeding, regulation, early intervention)

- Play a role in mentoring or supporting junior clinicians

- Contribute to resource development, workshops, and education initiatives

- Attend and present at conferences with support

- Progress into senior or clinical leadership pathways as the clinic grows

What We Offer

4-Day Work Week

A structured schedule designed to support consistency, focus, and long-term career sustainability.

25 Client Hours per Week

A balanced caseload that allows time for clinical thinking, collaboration, and contribution beyond sessions.

Professional Development

$1,000 annual PD budget plus ongoing in-house learning and opportunities to engage in conferences and external development.

Career Progression Pathways

Opportunities to step into senior clinician, clinical lead, or special interest roles over time.

Dedicated Admin Support

Allowing you to focus on clinical work, team contribution, and development.

Clinic Environment & Resources

A well-equipped clinic with two sensory gyms and multiple breakout spaces.

Tools & Support

Work laptop, phone, and travel reimbursement provided.

Team Culture

A connected, reflective team that values collaboration, shared wins, and professional growth.

Career Growth & Development (Not Just PD)

We are deeply committed to helping our clinicians become leaders in the field.

- Attend and present at conferences (with support and mentoring)

- Develop clinical special interests (e.g. feeding, regulation, early intervention)

- Contribute to resource development, workshops, and education sessions
