About the Role

We are looking for a confident and creative Marketing & Client Services Assistant to join our team.

This is a varied role combining social media and content creation with reception, customer service and general administration. The balance will usually be around 50% marketing and 50% client services, although reception and client support will take priority during busy periods.

You will help showcase our work through photos, videos and social media content. We are looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the camera, approaching team members and turning everyday activity in the laboratory into engaging content.

You will also be one of the first points of contact for our dentists. Our senior coordinator will train and support you in the reception and dental laboratory side of the position.

Marketing and Content

- Take photos and short videos of our work, team and laboratory

- Create and publish content for Instagram and other social media channels

- Write clear, engaging captions that reflect our brand





- Help plan and maintain a consistent social media calendar

- Identify content opportunities and contribute new marketing ideas

- Encourage and help team members feel comfortable participating in content

- Review newsletters prepared by our external marketing support

- Organise case photos, videos and other marketing assets

- Assist with updates to guides and other marketing materials

Client Services and Administration

- Answer incoming telephone calls and emails from dentists

- Provide friendly and professional customer service

- Assist with job intake and laboratory management software

- Help coordinate cases, deliveries and courier bookings

- Pack and dispatch dental cases

- Provide general administrative support when required

About You

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in marketing, social media or content creation

- Confidence in taking photos and filming short-form video content

- Experience writing social media captions

- A proactive approach and the confidence to suggest and try new ideas

- Clear, friendly and professional telephone and email communication

- Strong organisation and attention to detail

- The flexibility to move between creative work and reception duties

- The ability to learn recent systems quickly

- A collaborative attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Experience with Canva, Instagram and basic video-editing tools would be helpful. Reception, dental or healthcare experience is welcome, but not required.
