Stripes Civil is growing — and so is our project pipeline. We're looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to help us deliver exciting new projects, lead our crews on the ground, and uphold the standards that have earned us our reputation as the regions employer of choice in civil construction.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role on newly awarded projects. You'll run daily site operations, keep crews moving safely and efficiently, and make sure work hits spec the first time. You'll own day-to-day decisions on the ground, manage documentation and reporting through our digital platforms, and set the tone for a team that takes pride in getting the job done well.

You'll lead by example, build a strong site culture, and play a direct role in continuing Stripes' track record of delivering quality projects on time.

What You'll Bring

- Proven supervisory experience in civil construction




- Confidence with GPS machine-control technology and site survey
- A minimum of 5 years in the industry
- Strong leadership instincts and a hands-on approach
- An uncompromising commitment to safety and compliance
- Comfort with site documentation and digital reporting
- A current Construction White Card
- Flexibility to travel and work on remote projects when required
