What you’ll be responsible for

This role sits within our Citation HR Implementations team and reports to our Senior Implementation Manager. Here’s what your days will look like:

- Plan and project-manage client implementations end-to-end — scoping, configuration, testing and go-live — against agreed timeframes and budget
- Run efficient account set-up sessions with new clients, then progress to handling larger, more complex implementations as your confidence builds
- Configure the platform (and support migrations to our new platform) to meet each client's business and compliance requirements
- Build trusted client relationships through onboarding, surfacing risks early and ensuring the platform embeds into client processes
- Design and deliver training and webinars that build client confidence and capability in using the platform
- Coordinate with Sales, Product and Client Success, feeding learnings back to sharpen implementation estimates and processes

Who we’re looking for

You’re the kind of person who doesn’t wait to be told what to do — you see a problem and get on with solving it. Beyond that, here’s what will set you up for success in this role:

- Experience implementing software where migration was a significant part of the role
- Confident configuring and troubleshooting SaaS/HRIS platforms, with a structured,



process-driven approach
- Proficiency using Salesforce for implementation tracking and CRM
- A warm, approachable communicator who can explain things clearly to clients and colleagues alike
- SaaS experience, ideally within the HR space
