- Cash flow management, including forecasting, monitoring, and working capital improvement
- Merchant facilities reconciliation, covering credit card, EFTPOS, and online payment gateways
- Inventory, cost accounting, and revenue recognition processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment to business operations

You will also support broader business performance through:

- Preparation of management reporting packs, including financial commentary and analysis
- Contribution to budgeting and rolling forecasts
- Delivery of commercial insights, including margin analysis, pricing reviews, and project or product profitability
- Continual development of KPI dashboards, including metrics such as DSO, DPO,

- Partnering with operations, sales, and procurement teams to support informed decision-making
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls across AR, AP, and financial reporting processes
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and data accuracy
- Support compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

About You

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- CA, CPA or equivalent qualification, or near completion
- Approximately 3 to 5 years’ experience in a broad accounting or commercial finance role
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes

- Experience working with ERP systems, billing platforms, and financial data environments
- Clear communication, a proactive mindset, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to engage non-finance stakeholders
- A willingness to mentor and support junior team members

Why Join Us

- A competitive salary package + superannuation, with annual reviews tied to performance
- Broad, hands‑on role with genuine exposure to commercial decision-making
- Prospect to influence processes and improve financial performance
