About the Role

As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll report to the Store Manager and support the day-to-day operations of the store while leading and developing a customer-focused team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching others, driving sales results, and creating a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create outstanding shopping experiences.
- Assist customers in finding the products best suited to their needs through expert advice and product knowledge.
- Support the daily operation of the store, including opening, closing, and end-of-day procedures.
- Receive, process, and merchandise incoming stock.
- Foster a safe, secure, and positive working environment.
- Lead, motivate,



and support team members to achieve their full potential.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets.
- Assist in monitoring and managing store and team KPIs.
- Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards.

- Minimum 2-4 years of retail management or leadership experience.
