The role

You will manage a residential portfolio with the support of an experienced team and reliable systems. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building positive relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing repairs and maintenance
- Conducting routine inspections
- Overseeing rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears
- Managing tenancy commencement and vacate processes
- Resolving tenancy matters professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring legislative compliance




- Working collaboratively with the wider property management team

About you

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
- A current Real Estate Licence
- Sound knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to remain calm and make valuable decisions under pressure
- A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
