An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Administrator to join a growing commercial property business. Working closely with the Property Management team and key stakeholders, you will provide administrative, financial and operational support across a diverse property portfolio. This role is ideal for a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys playing a key role in keeping operations running smoothly

About the Role

Working closely with the Property Management team and key stakeholders, you will provide administrative, financial and operational support across a diverse property portfolio. This role is ideal for a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys playing a key role in keeping operations running smoothly

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Property Management team and assist with the efficient day-to-day operation of the portfolio.
- Assist with property budgets, monthly and quarterly reporting, invoicing and outgoings reconciliations.
- Manage lease administration processes,



including maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation and monitoring critical dates.
- Support tenant-related administration, including rent reviews, arrears processes and maintaining accurate property records.
- Coordinate compliance requirements, contractor and tenant documentation, and statutory reporting obligations.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure property operations are delivered efficiently

Skills and experience required for this role

- Previous experience in administration, property administration or commercial property.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with lease administration or property management systems will be highly regarded.
