The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our modern Crestmead warehouse, building on the strong foundations we've worked hard to establish.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor. You'll work alongside our Warehouse Officer each day, coordinating warehouse activities while maintaining the high standards of quality, organisation and presentation that are part of how we operate.

This role is about leading by example. You’ll ensure inbound and outbound freight is received and dispatched accurately and efficiently, inventory is well managed, and the warehouse remains safe, clean and organised.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and on time.

Work closely with the Supply Chain,



Operations and Projects teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Maintain accurate warehouse records and complete required reporting in a timely manner.

Support stock takes and inventory investigations, resolving discrepancies where required.

Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained, and any maintenance or repair requirements are reported promptly.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the business as we prepare for the next phase of growth.

About You

We’re looking for someone who just gets it. You notice the details. The pallet that’s been left where it shouldn’t be. The product that’s not labelled properly. The paperwork that needs following up. The floor that needs sweeping.

5+ years’ experience working in a warehouse environment.

Experience coordinating warehouse operations

Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and dispatch processes.

Demonstrated experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

A proactive, hands‑on approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across the business.

A continuous improvement mindset,



with the confidence to identify problems and implement practical solutions.

Sound computer skills and experience using warehouse management systems or ERP software

Experience using NetSuite or a similar ERP system.

Experience as a Warehouse Lead or Supervisor or similar hands‑on leadership role.

Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing or wholesale distribution environment.

Current First Aid Certificate.

High Risk Work Licence - LO (Order Picking Forklift) or other relevant licences.
