Leads2Sales Australia is looking for confident and reliable B2B telemarketers to join our North Sydney team.

This is a fully office-based casual role focused on speaking with Australian businesses, identifying genuine purchasing needs and generating qualified sales opportunities for our clients.

Previous telemarketing, outbound calling, lead generation or inside-sales experience is strongly preferred, although extensive experience is not required. You will receive hands‑on training and ongoing coaching from a highly experienced telemarketing manager.

The role may suit someone looking for flexible casual work, as well as someone wanting to build a longer-term career in B2B sales.

Working hours and flexibility

We are hiring several casual team members to provide coverage across the working week. Depending on your availability, you may work a few regular days each week or a larger weekly schedule.

Available shifts fall between:

Monday to Thursday: 9:00am–4:00pm

Friday: 9:00am–3:00pm

All work is completed from our stunning North Sydney office. This is not a work-from-home position but you'll enjoy some of the best views of Sydney Harbour while working within a collaborative and supportive team.

Key responsibilities

Contact prospective business customers by phone and email

Have confident and natural conversations with business decision‑makers

Identify customer needs, timing and level of interest

Qualify genuine B2B sales opportunities

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations and appointments in our CRM





Work consistently towards individual and team performance targets

Assist with occasional team and administrative tasks

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, lead generation or inside sales

Clear, confident and professional spoken English

The ability to communicate naturally and build rapport with Australian business customers

Strong listening skills and the confidence to ask relevant questions

Comfort spending much of the working day on the phone

Reliability and a consistent approach to agreed shifts

Valuable computer skills and confidence learning CRM systems

Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping

A positive attitude, resilience and willingness to be coached

Availability to work from our North Sydney office
