About the role

We areseekinga skilled and motivated Production Operator to join ourtalentedmanufacturing team.This is afull-time, hands-on rolebased in our production facility (process worker not laboratory-based),which will include a versatile roster offering generally either a 6am or 7am start time as well as 1 night shift per fortnight (Monday to Friday).

As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be directly involved in theexecution and optimisation of biotechnological production processes, ensuring product quality, consistency, and efficiency.

The role is physically active and requires attention to detail, consistency in performing routine tasks, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as part of material and product handling duties.

A day in the life:

- Operate andmonitorproduction equipment following standard procedures and training to ensure consistent and high-quality outputs.
- Carry out repetitive tasks such as production assembly, inspection, and packaging tasks with care and attention to detail.
- Assist in the handling, storage, movement, and organisation of materials and finished products with occasional lifting of up to 25kgs.




- Support routine testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples and finished products to ensure quality standards are meet.
- Identify any issues or inconsistencies and report them to supervisors, assisting with basic troubleshooting where required.
- Complete accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures and quality metrics.
- Follow all health, safety, environmental, and hygiene requirements.

What you bring to the role:

- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical skills and understanding of production equipment, quality control procedures, and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail whilst performing repetitive or monotonous tasks and a commitment tomaintaininghigh standardsof quality.
- Commitment tomaintainingstrict quality standards and safety procedures.
- Physically capable of standing for prolonged periods of time and performing occasional heavy lifting.
- Demonstrated ability to learn scientific concepts and ideas.
