S&you;, a respected NSW main contractor, is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator or Contracts Manager to join the delivery team on a landmark $85 million Class 2 residential project near the Gold Coast. In this senior commercial role you will own contract administration, subcontractor procurement, cost control, forecasting, variations and reporting from early stages through to completion.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and site team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
