Lead the People, Performance & Operations of Our Wacol Warehouse

QCC Hospitality Supplies (QCC) is one of Australia’s leading wholesale suppliers of non-food hospitality products, supporting restaurants, cafés, hotels, clubs, healthcare, aged care and commercial kitchens across Australia for more than 68 years.

We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our Wacol warehouse operations. Reporting to the Wacol Branch Manager and as a key member of the Branch Management Team, you will lead approximately 16 team members and have the autonomy and accountability to drive the safety, service, productivity and cost performance of our Queensland Distribution Centre.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, developing people and continually finding better ways to work.

About the Role:

As Warehouse Manager, you will:

- Lead, coach and develop the warehouse and logistics team, creating a culture of accountability, teamwork and high performance.
- Take ownership of daily warehouse operations including receiving, replenishment, inventory control, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Plan and optimise labour, productivity, overtime and external labour in line with business activity.
- Coordinate transport and delivery operations to achieve reliable service and strong DIFOT performance.
- Maintain high standards of inventory and picking accuracy, stock integrity and warehouse presentation.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive improvements across productivity, workflow, resource utilisation and operating costs.
- Lead workplace health and safety, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with QCC policies and legislative requirements.




- Partner with Customer Service, Purchasing and Sales to deliver outstanding customer outcomes and contribute to the broader performance of the Wacol Branch.

About You:

You are a visible, hands‑on warehouse leader who combines solid people leadership with operational discipline and commercial awareness. You set clear expectations, hold people accountable and lead by example.

You will bring:

- Demonstrated warehouse management experience within a fast‑paced distribution or wholesale environment.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and transport coordination.
- Experience managing labour, productivity, KPIs and operational costs.
- Strong planning, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement, safety and customer service.
- Current LF Forklift Licence (essential).
- ERP/WMS experience, with Pronto highly regarded.
