Site Manager - Commercial Fit-Out, Hotel Refurbishment.

The Harrison Barrett Group are collaborating with a reputable commercial fit-out and builder based in Brisbane/Gold Coast. Our client requires an experienced site manager to join the team and help oversee their exciting portfolio of projects valued between $10M-$25M in the fit-out space in Brisbane/Gold Coast.

The Role

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of fit-out and refurbishment of multiple projects, through to completion and handover. You will oversee all onsite operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate all daily site operations
- Drive programme and subcontractor management to achieve project milestones
- Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors
- Maintain exceptional quality control throughout all construction stages
- Proactively identify and resolve construction and coordination issues
- Manage site safety, compliance, and reporting
- Coordinate labour, materials,



and specialist trades across the project lifecycle
- Build and maintain robust relationships with all project stakeholders

About You

- 1-5 Years experience in supervisory role of Foreman or Site Manager
- Proven experience delivering commercial fitout projects from start to finish
- Strong technical understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
- Experience managing projects valued between $10M–$25M
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain positive working relationships
- Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in Construction or related discipline
- Passion for delivering high-quality architecturally designed developments
