What you'll be doing

Providing personal care and daily living assistance to clients with a range of disabilities

Supporting clients to participate in recreational, social and educational activities

Advocating for client needs and collaborating with families, carers and other professionals

Maintaining accurate client records and documentation

Adhering to all workplace policies, procedures and safety standards

What we're looking for

A Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care or a related field - or willing to obtain

Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, either professionally or through volunteering

Solid communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build trusting relationships

A caring, patient and empathetic nature with a genuine commitment to making a positive difference

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
