Role Overview: As an Insurance Project Coordinator/Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the administration and support of repair claims from start to finish. This includes handling initial claim acceptance, coordinating site assessments, liaising with insured parties and insurance companies, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by promptly answering phones and addressing inquiries.
Efficiently enter new jobs into our system and coordinate trades or estimators for site assessments and repairs.
Follow up with trades to ensure timely completion of work and maintain communication with all stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between insured parties, insurance companies, and our internal team to ensure clear communication and resolution of issues.
Prepare, review, coordinate, and manage project contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate closely with estimators, supervisors, and team members to facilitate smooth project workflows.
Develop schedule of repairs, send work orders to subcontractors.
Undertake various administrative duties to support overall project coordination and management.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to delivering effective solutions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with insurance platforms such as ENData, Blueprint and Prime Eco-system is advantageous.
Prior experience as a Project Coordinator and/or within the insurance industry is highly regarded but not required for the right candidate.
Minimum 2 year's experience in similar roles.
