Key responsibilities

- Expert optical dispensing including progressives, lens coatings, and frame styling

- Delivering exceptional customer service and personalised eyewear solutions

- Accurate fitting, adjustments, troubleshooting, and measurements

- Managing patient orders from consultation through to collection

- Working collaboratively with optometrists to achieve outstanding patient outcomes

- Maintaining dispensary presentation, stock organisation, and operational efficiency

- Driving repeat business through solid patient relationships and product confidence

What we’re looking for





- Proven experience as an Optical Dispenser is highly desirable.

- Strong knowledge of lenses, frame fitting, measurements, and patient recommendations

- Experience with Optomate

- Confidence in premium sales, upselling, and customer retention

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Professional presentation and strong attention to detail

- Availability across Alexandra Hills and surrounding locations

Ideal for candidates located in:

Capalaba, Cleveland, Birkdale, Wellington Point, Thornlands, Sheldon, Victoria Point, and Thorneside or Greater Brisbane.
