Property Officer/Leasing Consultant - Pennant Hills
Our client is a boutique office in the Pennant Hills Area This is a team that has set out to build its reputation as an honest team that loves what they do whilst having fun doing it.Currently seeking a Leasing Consultant/Property Officer to work in a tight-knit Department, this is a role for someone that wants to be part of an expanding, fast-paced, and successful team!

The Role:
- Lease sign ups
- Preparing lease packs
- Routine Inspections
- Conducting open for inspections
- Supporting the property management team
The Role:

- Ad hoc administration duties
The Candidate:
- Previous Real Estate Leasing experience is preferred
- A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License with a reliable car
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Must have a can-do attitude & a strong passion for Real Estate!
