What you'll do

As a trusted HR partner, you'll Workforce Solutions teams across the employee lifecycle by:

- Providing practical HR, ER and IR advice
- Managing performance, conduct and workplace matters
- Interpreting Awards, legislation and employment contracts
- Supporting workforce compliance and governance
- Partnering with leaders across multiple sites
- Contributing to HR projects, continuous improvement and organisational change

About you

You'll be an emerging HR qualified who is eager to broaden your experience and make a real impact.

You'll bring:

- A qualification in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Industrial Relations or similar
- Experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture role
- Exposure to Employee Relations and Industrial Relations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach and passion for continuous learning

Experience in healthcare, aged care, labour hire or other regulated industries is highly regarded but not essential.
