At Think Renewable, we're looking for people who are used to customer-facing environments and want their effort to translate into real earnings — not just a shift rate. You'll represent our brand at shopping centres, community events and promotional campaigns, engaging with homeowners and booking qualified appointments for our Solar & Battery Consultants.

The Role

- Representing the Think Renewable brand at events and promotional locations
- Engaging with customers face to face and starting genuine conversations
- Reading customer needs and qualifying opportunities — just like upselling or cross-selling on the floor
- Booking appointments for our Solar & Battery Specialists
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Delivering a standout customer experience while building trust

Every day is different, with plenty of face-to-face interaction, variety, and zero time behind a desk.
