This role is perfect for someone who genuinely lives and breathes social media. Someone who naturally keeps up with the latest trends, understands what makes content perform, and loves bringing brands to life through engaging video and photography.

Working alongside our Strategy Team, Account Managers and wider Creative Team, you'll create content across a diverse portfolio of clients, taking projects from initial concept and shot lists through to filming, editing and final delivery.

Please note: This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Brisbane CBD office. Due to the collaborative nature of the role, we're seeking candidates who are currently based in Brisbane or planning to relocate before commencing.

As our Creative Team continues to grow, we're looking for someone who is proactive, creative and excited by the challenge of producing fresh content across a wide range of industries.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Social Media Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for planning, capturing and producing high-quality organic social media content across multiple client accounts.

Working closely with our Strategy Team and Account Managers, you’ll:





- Attend client content shoots across Brisbane and Southeast Queensland.

- Research current social media trends, emerging content styles and platform updates.

- Develop creative concepts, content ideas and detailed shot lists prior to every shoot.

- Capture high-quality photo and video content tailored for organic social media.

- Edit engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

- Create both authentic UGC-style content and premium branded content depending on each client’s goals.

- Confidently direct clients and talent during shoots to capture engaging, authentic content.

- Collaborate closely with our Strategy, Account Management and Creative teams to ensure content aligns with each client’s brand and marketing objectives.

- Manage multiple shoots, editing projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

- Continually bring fresh ideas, trends and creative inspiration back to both our clients and internal team.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about social media and understands how to create content that feels authentic, engaging and platform-native.

You’ll ideally have:

- 2+ years’ experience creating social media content within an agency, in-house marketing team or similar creative environment.

- A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, including current trends, content formats and platform best practices.

- Proven experience planning, capturing and editing short-form social media content.

- Confidence attending content shoots, directing clients or talent and bringing creative concepts to life.





- Advanced video editing skills using CapCut.

- Strong proficiency using Canva to create engaging social media content and supporting creative assets.

- Experience developing creative concepts, content ideas and detailed shot lists.

- Experience using content scheduling platforms (such as Sked Social).

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shoots, projects and deadline simultaneously.
