About the role
This is a full-time permanent role that reports directly to the Venue Manager and Group Retail Manager, the successful applicant will possess strong management skills with previous experience in managing a retail store. A commitment to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences is essential.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Managing the day-to-day store operations to the highest of standards.
Development and mentoring of employees, along with promoting a positive and professional team culture.
Monitoring staff presentation and grooming standards.
Supervising and training retail attendants of a lower grade.
Monitoring and driving sales performance working towards store KPIs.
Maintaining stock control and stock ordering.
Preparing displays and presenting stock.
Maintaining the store with a high standard of cleanliness.
Rostering and wage cost management.
Proven working experience in a similar role.
Sound understanding of sales performance in the liquor industry with strong product knowledge.
Ability to drive the team to success with a hands-on approach.
Attention to detail and time management.
Vibrant personality with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and lead by example.
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
