As Cutcliffe Properties continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our team in our Mulgrave office.
This full-time chance is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of residential, acreage, and commercial properties while being supported by a professional, collaborative team with over 40 years of industry experience.
About the Role
As a Property Manager, you'll take ownership of your portfolio and be responsible for providing outstanding service to both landlords and tenants while ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of each property.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential, acreage, and commercial properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance, lease renewals, routine inspections, entry and exit reports, and arrears management.
- Ensure all properties are managed in accordance with NSW legislation and industry best practice.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the efficient operation of the Property Management department.
- Participate in weekly and fortnightly team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager.
- A strong understanding of NSW Residential Tenancy legislation.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience using property management software such as Console or similar.
- A current NSW Real Estate Licence.
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
