The Judgments Services Assistant reports to the Caselaw Collections Manager and is responsible for undertaking a range of functions associated with managing and publishing Queensland caselaw and sentencing information.

Responsibilities

- Process relevant documents to maintain CaseLaw and other judgments service
- Assist with the production, validation and quality control of content for the CaseLaw and other judgments services to ensure the integrity and accuracy of information published
- Review, analyse and record citations,



statistics and other data as required for the maintenance and management of CaseLaw and other judgments services
- Assist with CaseLaw related projects such as digitisation or publishing of judgments
- Assist with responding to customer enquiries and providing ongoing customer support in relation to CaseLaw, QSIS and other judgments services
- Proactively manage personal workload and competing priorities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, customers and key stakeholders
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, including identifying potential efficiencies and enhancements in collection management and information services functions

Remuneration is competitive: $58,024 to $69,091 annual salary (pro rata for part-time) depending on skills and experience (plus leave loading and superannuation).
