AIB provides building and rectification services in the Greater Sydney and surrounding regions, on behalf of large national insurance companies. Our work encompasses full construction, emergency repairs and maintenance work within the industrial, commercial and residential sectors. We are a friendly and enthusiastic team who work collaboratively to achieve the goal of customer satisfaction and impeccable quality of works.

The role:

- Attend sites across Greater Sydney, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands and South Coastof NSW
- Work out of our office in the Sutherland Shire
- Review engineers reports/scopes and provide an accurate estimate/timeline for repairs
- Carry out professional building insurance assessments,provide report, scopeand estimate
- Manage multiple projects at any giventime ranging from $1000 to $500,000
- Liaise with loss adjusters and insurance contacts
- Schedule and manage trades
- Completeall WHS required – including risk assessments and SWMS




- Attend emergency makesafe jobs and be a part of the AIB on-call roster
- Learn, use and maintainworkflow system ( Experience with PRIME Ecosystem and advantage )

Candidate requirements:

- Insurance assessing/estimating/supervision experience
- Relevant licenses and tertiary education - Cert IV Building & Construction / carpentry License
- Extensive knowledge of WHS and the BCA
- Ability to access and provide roofing reports preferred
- Working at heights preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to build/maintainrelationships with clients/insurers/brokers
- Customer focused and professional attitude
- Ability to handle pressure
- Good problem solving skills and pro active personality
- Friendly and personable manner
- Solid time management skills and ability to multitask
- Competent with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Current driver's license
