Position Overview

We are currently seeking an AHPRA Registered or about to obtain full registration to join our dynamic team on a contractor or employment contract basis. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid work, with options for Telehealth sessions or in-person consultations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conducting mental health assessments and formulating treatment plans.
- Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.




- Building strong, person-centred therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Preparation of specialist reports as required.
- Liaise with community service organisations and other professionals regarding the support needs of the client.

Qualifications and Experience

- AHPRA registration
- Solid skills in Trauma-informed, Person-centred and other evidence-based therapy interventions.
- Strong adherence to a value-based approach and driven to provide ethical therapeutic services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- The ability to work across the lifespan is desired.
- Eligible for or have a Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Able to work autonomously and confident in managing own caseload.
- Able to adapt therapeutic approach into an online delivery format.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of psychology experience required.
- Australian citizenship is required for this position.
