What you'll be doing
- Providing skilled nursing care and support to patients of all ages, including conducting assessments.
- Collaborating with the medical team to develop and implement individualised patient care plans
- Ensuring a high standard of infection control and workplace health and safety practices
- Contributing to the overall smooth and efficient operation of the medical practice
What we're looking for
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated experience in a general medical or surgical nursing role, preferably within a Medical Center or primary care or community health setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and patient management systems.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
