Talent Quarter is currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers to join our growing casual workforce across the Sunshine Coast, with shifts available from Caloundra through to Noosa. We currently have a strong demand for morning (AM) shifts in residential aged care facilities.

Key Responsibilities





- Provide high-quality personal care and support to aged care residents
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Monitor and accurately document resident care
- Administer medications (where qualified and authorised)
- Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams
- Deliver compassionate, person-centred care

To Be Successful You Will Have

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months' experience working in residential aged care
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current 2025/26 Influenza Vaccination and COVID-19 vaccination in line with client requirements
- Full Australian working rights
- Be currently residing in Australia
