About our EXCELLENT Centre

Immanuel Early Learning is a 90-place centre, located within the beautiful grounds of our P-12 College campus on the Sunshine Coast. Supporting children from 2 to 5 years old. Together with our community, we have created a nurturing, educational, and playful environment for our children, families and educators, fostering overall development and well-being for everyone.

An Educational Leader must have:

- Bachelor in Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent
- Proven knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, Childhood Development and well developed nurturing Pedagogy
- A current Blue card
- First Aid and CPR certificates (or willing to obtain)




- Someone who can engage with children and educators alike, with creativity and warmth on a daily basis (this is a hands on leadership role)
- Someone who can build meaningful relationships with both children and their families
- Be a dedicated childcare leader who loves dogs (they’re part of our everyday adventures!)
