The Opportunity:
We are seeking a full-time Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Yandina wet plant facility.
In our wet plant, we produce premium ready-to-use renders, textures and protective coatings used to create durable, decorative finishes on homes and commercial buildings across Australia and Recent Zealand. This is a hands-on role where you will build your skills through a structured training and competency program while working across our production plant.
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday
1:00pm – 11:00pm

Hourly Rate:
This is a permanent full-time role starting at $31.27 per hour plus 15% shift loading (total $35.96 per hour),
with opportunities to increase your hourly rate as your skills and competencies grow.
Responsibilities:
You will be trained across a variety of production tasks including:
Preparing and weighing raw materials for production batches
Mixing products using industrial mixers and automated systems
Operating filling and packing equipment
Conducting quality checks and recording production data
Handling materials and replenishing stock to maintain production flow
Maintaining housekeeping and safety standards across the plant
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Positive and willing to learn
- Able to follow instructions and procedures
- Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 25kg
- Safety-focused with good attention to detail
- Experienced in manufacturing or production (desirable but not essential)
- LF Forklift licence essential
- Current Drivers Licence and vehicle for transport
