Are you passionate about kitchen design and exceptional customer service? We're looking for a creative and driven Kitchen Design & Sales Consultant to join our team and bring stunning kitchens to life for our clients. At MKN, we pride ourselves on delivering beautiful, functional kitchens that reflect our customers' lifestyles and tastes. Whether modern, traditional or bespoke, we design with purpose, and we sell with integrity.
What you'll do:
- Attend in-home design appointments at our client's homes, measure up the space and discuss design options to work out a layout that will suit the customer's needs and wants.
- Understand clients' needs, tastes and budget to create a customised kitchen design to suit.
- Use CAD software (we use Cabinet Vision) to create detailed floorplans, elevations and 3D visuals.
- Provide detailed quotes and manage the sales process from consultation to sign up.
- Collaborate with the project managers and installers where required to ensure a smooth renovation process for the client.
- Assist in the showroom where required, answering phones, greeting customers and doing showroom consultations.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
What we're looking for:
- Proficiency with kitchen design software or CAD programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A flair for design with attention to detail.
- A customer-first mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
