Join a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) supporting two enterprise financial services customers.

We're looking for a highly customer-focused Senior Business Analyst who excels at understanding stakeholder needs, translating complex business challenges into transparent requirements and producing high-quality documentation that drives successful outcomes.

Working across two enterprise financial services customers, you'll partner with business and technical stakeholders to facilitate workshops, gather requirements and deliver governance, risk and technology initiatives. This is a customer-facing consulting role where you'll need to quickly build credibility, work across multiple engagements and deliver exceptional outcomes.

A key component of the role is producing executive-quality governance, risk and operational resilience documentation, including CPS 230 artefacts, making exceptional technical writing skills essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions
- Analyse and document business, functional, technical and non-functional requirements
- Develop high-quality artefacts including:
- Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- User Stories
- Process Maps
- Governance Documentation
- Operating Models
- Solution Summaries
- Executive Reports
- Decision Logs

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise business language
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical business solutions
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout project delivery
- Support governance, compliance and risk initiatives by documenting controls, obligations and operational requirements




- Leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled tools to enhance research, analysis and documentation

About You

You’ll bring:

- Extensive Senior Business Analyst experience delivering enterprise technology or transformation projects
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Outstanding business analysis, requirements elicitation and solution definition capability
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
- Experience producing governance, risk, compliance or operational resilience documentation
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and OneNote
- Practical experience using Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted ways of working
- Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance and information security principles

Highly Regarded

- Financial services experience
- Exposure to CPS 230, ISO 27001, NIST, Privacy, Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery
- Previous experience working within a Managed Services Provider (MSP), consulting or professional services environment
- Experience supporting multiple customers or working across concurrent client engagements
- Exposure to Azure, Microsoft 365, Cyber Security or Infrastructure projects
- Experience with Visio, Lucidchart or Draw.io
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies
