West HQ is currently recruiting for a creative, switched-onSocial Media Coordinator to bring our brands to life online.

The Opportunity

From fitness and leisure to hospitality and dining, you will bemanaging social content across a diverse and exciting portfolioincluding, but not limited to, ONE55 Fitness, The Sydney Gymnastic& Aquatic Centre, West HQ, Novotel, and CHU Restaurant.

What You'll Be Doing

- Plan, schedule and publish content across Facebook andInstagram
- Manage and develop the WHQ LinkedIn channel
- Shoot and edit Reels, Stories, and short-form video
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews acrossplatforms
- Bring marketing campaigns to life across digital channels
- Work with marketing and PR teams to keep content fresh,relevant and on-brand
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews acrossall social channels and Google My Business (GMB)
- Ensure social activity supports key campaigns, events, andbusiness priorities
- Assist the PR & Content Manager in developing and deliveringcontent plans aligned to the WHQ Master Marketing Calendar

What You'll Bring





- Proven ability to manage multiple social media accountssimultaneously
- Strong working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn,including scheduling tools
- Experience creating and editing short-form digital content(video and imagery)
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong sense oftone and brand voice
- Highly organised with strong time management and attention todetail
- A passion for social media, content creation, and digitaltrends
- Confidence managing multiple social accounts across differentbrands
- Creative thinking + a proactive, ideas-driven mindset
- An eye for what works - and how to optimise content forperformance
- Current RSA and RCG competency cards (or willingness toobtain)
