We are seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to support a dedicated corporate client. This role is ideal for someone who combines exceptional design expertise with strong stakeholder management and creative leadership.

You are an experienced designer with advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, an exceptional eye for detail and a strong understanding of brand principles. As the lead creative on the account, you will interpret briefs, provide creative guidance, and collaborate closely with another designer to deliver exceptional, on-brand work. You will share knowledge, support the development of others, and contribute positively to a culture of continuous improvement and creative excellence.

You are equally comfortable working independently and as part of a team, welcoming feedback and applying strategic thinking to improve workflows and outcomes. You are also curious about the future of design, embracing emerging technologies and AI-powered tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and professional practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of high-quality creative solutions for a dedicated corporate client across print and digital channels.
- Build strong working relationships with the client's marketing team and key stakeholders.
- Attend client meetings and confidently liaise with stakeholders through regular face-to-face engagement.
- Interpret creative briefs and translate business objectives into polished,



effective design solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Maintain organised file structures, version control, and project documentation.
- Provide creative guidance while ensuring all work aligns with established brand standards and visual identity.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Prepare artwork for both print and digital production with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Contribute creative ideas and recommendations that enhance communication effectiveness and design quality.
- Design and produce a wide range of collateral including annual reports, brochures, digital forms, pitch decks, marketing collateral, social media assets, EDMs, event signage, and internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with fellow designers to manage workflow, share ideas, and uphold quality standards.

Skills and Experience

- Extensive experience in a Senior Graphic Designer, Lead Designer or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of print production and processes.
- Strong understanding of corporate branding and brand management.
- Experience partnering directly with marketing teams.
- Stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
- Typography, layout and visual communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering work of the highest quality.

Highly Regarded

- Experience working within corporate environments.
- Experience supporting a dedicated client account.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, leading, or supporting other designers.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media content, and digital campaign creative.
- Experience incorporating AI-powered tools into design workflows to improve efficiency and creative output.
- Advanced PowerPoint or presentation design skills.
