What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team
- Build a positive culture where people enjoy coming to work
- Deliver exceptional hospitality across gaming, food,
beverage and events
- Drive strong commercial and operational performance
- Maintain outstanding compliance, safety and presentation standards
- Lead major events and key trading periods with confidence
What We're Looking For
- Proven Venue Manager or senior hospitality leadership experience
- Strong operational knowledge across gaming, sports bar, food & beverage
- A commercially minded leader who understands how to balance guest experience with business performance
- Experience leading successful events and busy trading periods
- A hands-on leader who enjoys developing people and leading from the front
- Current Queensland RMLV and Approved Manager Licence
